Visually led communicators often think very quickly and can get uncomfortable with too much detail. They often find it easy to visualise information and benefit from being shown how to do something. They sometimes look up when talking as their memory store of images can be above their heads.
See if you can spot someone operating in this way by asking them to remember something like: where was their first driving lesson, what they did for their birthday last year or where their favourite place in the world is!
