Impact Training

Suzy works in many different aspects of training and development for a wide range of clients.  Each piece is designed individually and can range from straight forward in house workshop facilitation to a team of facilitators working on conference sized projects.

The first ten years of Suzy’s career were spent as a theatre and movement director.  From there her interests led her to a collaboration with Business and Brand consultancy           On Your Feet  working with clients such as Philips, Nike, GE, Orange and JWT globally on brand development, engaging audiences and facilitating creative development and innovation.

Over the years Suzy has specialised in Impact and Influence training which has a wide range of application including: interview/pitch technique, team dynamics, presentation skills and leadership/communication skills.

With a strong interest in the applications of NLP, Suzy gained her NLP Master Practitioner certificate and now also works alone running bespoke training events for a wide range of clients such as NHS, Oxford University, ESCC,  EPSRC, Orange, Fig Tree, Diageo, Interbrand, McCann Ericson, Relentless Games and more.
